Good Manners Cost Nothing: Making the Most of Club MAC Alcudia
We ask you to treat Club MAC Alcudia like your own home and respect others while you’re staying with us, so you can ensure that everyone has a good time at our resort.
Holiday home
Here at Club MAC we provide excellent customer service. You’ll feel right at home at Club MAC Alcudia, and we ask you to treat our resort as you would your own home during your time with us. We’re sure you take great care of your home, so we ask you to take great care with us and display good manners, so everyone has a fabulous experience at Club MAC.
Restaurant etiquette
This is especially important in Club MAC’s restaurants, where our guests go to relax and indulge in a bite to eat after a long hard day of exploring the island. Don’t worry, you don’t have to conform to a stuffy dress code at Club MAC dinners, but there are a few things we ask you to keep in mind.
We ask you to make sure you wear shoes and keep your feet dry when entering our dining facilities, wash your hands at the entrance, and use serving tongs in the buffet for health and safety reasons. More on that later. Also, please make sure you’re wearing an over-top/dress at all times and refrain from leaving your children unattended, so other guests can dine in peace.
Respect others
We also ask you to keep a few general things in mind, so that every single guest can make the most their time at our fabulous resort. As a mark of respect to other guests please always wear shoes indoors, and take care with the volume of your headphones, as not everyone likes loud music.
On the issue of noise, please avoid making noise when people are resting; in the corridors at night, during the morning, or when it’s time to take siesta. You might also want to keep ball games outdoors; why not head to our amazing sand court instead, where you can engage in a rousing game of football and be as loud as you want!
We’ve also developed a robust health and safety programme so that you and your family can enjoy a happy and healthy holiday. At various points throughout Club MAC, you’ll find pointers under the motto “all of us,” which advise you how to act on issues of health and safety. These will provide you with everything you need to know to ensure you have a brilliant time with us.

As grandmothers are so fond of saying, good manners cost nothing but they go a long way. In this case if you simply treat Club MAC Alcudia as you would your own home, you’ll go a long way to ensuring that every guest has a wonderful time when they stay at our resort!
