At Club Mac we understand how important your holiday is, that is why we are committed to provide a high standard of quality and service, as well as the value for money that you expect when you go abroad.

At Club Mac there are always plenty of things to do, but never any pressure to take part. So meander through our complex. Bask in the sun by the pools-bars or if you wish you can take a short ride to the beach with our courtesy bus and spend the day enjoying the beautiful sandy beach of Alcúdia.

Shuttle Bus

Departures every 30 minutes, every half an hour

Visit our shop behind Club Mac Marte. Press, souvenirs, drinks, sweets, baby items and all you need during your holiday.

Safety deposit box

Free of charge. The Management does not take responsibility for any valuables unless they are kept in safety deposit boxes.

Guest house

At the reception desk of Hotel Marte we will assist you and inform you on our sports activities (minigolf, table tennis, tennis…), entertainment, activities in Alcúdia, markets and, of course, support from our PR team with any issue which may arise. Open Monday to Sunday from 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

Security

The complex is for residents only. Please, wear your all inclusive band visible at all times. If the fire alarm sounds continuously, leave the building by the nearest exit way and follow our staff indications. Parents are always responsible for their children, therefore we kindly ask parents to supervise their behavior.

It is not allowed to swim in the lakes.

Lasers are absolutely prohibited by spanish laws.

Money exchange

24 hour money exchange, available at reception.

Noise in corridors

We ask all our guests to think of the well being of their fellow guests simply by making sure to keep noise levels low, particularly after 11.00 pm. Please, supervise your children and do not let them shout and run in the corridors so that everyone can enjoy his holiday.

Lifts

To avoid any long wait of the lifts, we recommend our guests allocated on the low floors to use preferably the stairs during pick hours. 08.30 am – 10 am / 05 pm – 07 pm / 11 pm – 12 am. If you are allocated in Jupiter and have a buggy, please use the Panoramic lift.

Packed lunch

They can be ordered on presentation of a car hire contract or an excursion ticket. This must be booked in reception before 08 pm the prior evening. Please take note that packed lunches will not be provided to go to the beach.

Room upgrade

Please, contact reception desk to check availability and prices for a room upgrade to Premium or Family.

Environment

Please, remember to remove the key room from the cardholder when you leave.
Use adequately the recycling bins.
Change of towels and sheets, please refer to the information placed in your room.

Swimming pools

Due to the use of chemical products, swimming is not allowed outside opening hours (check the Information panels around the pools). It is not allowed to dive in all the pools. Be advised that for security reasons the use of balls and lilos is limited, and in some pools are not allowed please make a responsible use of it. Adults Pools should not be used by children under six years old unless accompanied by an adult.

Out of season, some facilities may not be available, please consult Reception. The Spanish law prohibits serving alcoholic drinks to under 18’s. From 2.012 the Local Authorities prohibits to take out drinks outside any all inclusive Hotel.

Security rules

It is not permitted to take food and drinks from the hotel to the water park.
If you are under the influence of alcohol you are not allowed to enter the water park.
Use the lockers at the water park to leave all your personal items (room key, wallet…).
For your safety and the safety of other guests, you must respect the displayed rules and regulations of the water park at all times, in addition, the following rules must be adhered to: no animals, no glass objects, no running.
Glasses and sunglasses not be worn in pools and on slides.
Hidropark does not accept responsibility for loss or theft of personal items.
Lifeguard’s instructions must be followed at all times.
Customers with contagious ailments must not use the pools and equipment.
No refunds due to change in weather or malfunction beyond the control of the Park.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent/guardian.
Under 7 years must wear armbands.
Children with armbands can not use the Kamikaze and Spiral slides.

Please, use our special entrance to go in and out of the water park. Others services as sunbeds, lockers, food & drinks, are not included in the Hidropark.
