Every night is party night at Club MAC Alcudia, and Friday nights are no exception. To celebrate the end of the week and the start of the weekend, our three on-site restaurants have a very special Gala night menu in the evenings.

Choose between our Jupiter, Marte and Saturno buffet restaurants, and enjoy the vast range of food on offer. We try to accommodate everyone with our menus, and we hope you find something you enjoy. Here is a rundown of the Friday night menu.

Gala night at Club Mac Alcudia

To start we have a French onion soup with cheese toast on the side. Our show cooking stations have a variety of dishes, including grilled lamb chops, grilled redfish, grilled mushrooms, pasta with a curried sauce, roast potatoes with rosemary and spaghetti with a choice of sauces. You can watch our chefs preparing these dishes in front of you, and get the freshest, hottest food for your plate.

Veggie options on Gala night include vegetables in a curry sauce and aubergines with tomato and goat’s cheese. We also have our usual extensive salad bar options, including a choice of leaves, a selection of crudites and fresh prawns.

Over in Chef’s corner you can find roast beef, Yorkshire pudding and jacket potatoes, and our meaty mains include meatballs in a mushroom sauce and turkey stroganoff. If you prefer fish for your main meal, you can choose the salmon in a pink pepper sauce.

Side dishes, kid’s choices and pudding

For sides, choose from Brussel sprouts, sliced carrots, mashed potatoes, thick cut chips and boiled rice. And over in the kid’s corner, there is a choice of hamburger, cheese pastry, British sausage, cheese and tomato pizza, crinkle cut potato, steamed potatoes and sliced carrots.

As usual, our dessert buffet is packed with delicious sweet treats to end your meal. On the special table for Gala night you’ll find our always popular chocolate fountain, complete with a variety of fruit, doughnuts and profiteroles.

And on the buffet dessert table, there is rice pudding, bread and butter pudding, orange with liqueur, raspberry mousse, biscuits, profiteroles stuffed with whipped cream, almond crème caramel, chocolate mousse, strawberry tart, mini marshmallows, a custard tartlet smothered with whipped cream, fresh fruit, yoghurts and cheese and crackers.

We also have our usual baby purees on offer. All cooked freshly in our kitchens, they use organic ingredients and 100% olive oil. Choose from chicken, veal, lamb or fish with vegetables or purely mixed veg. And don’t forget that we can cater for any food allergies too, so make sure you let reception know if you have any special requirements. We want everyone to enjoy the Club MAC food!
