How to make a guest request before you arrive at Club MAC

Nothing beats carefree days filled with loads of fun, and laughter does it? We can’t think of a better way to celebrate your days than enjoying holidays with your family. And we know that when you visit Club MAC, you might like to make a special request – which we’re happy to accommodate and is always subject to availability on allocation. Here’s more information about how to make a guest request before you arrive at Club MAC.


Making a guest request at Club MAC is easy

We’re here to help you with whatever you need for the most memorable and special holiday.

Booking your holiday is easy! But what about if you have a special guest request? That’s easy too.


You can make requests any time before the day you arrive at Club MAC, as long as your tour operator has already sent us your actual booking. If you’ve booked directly on our website, we will have your booking details.


Guest requests – everything from rooms on high or lower floors, to rooms together, specific views or corner rooms– are subject to availability. We allocate rooms the day before your arrival and can change allocation during the day of your arrival. We will be able to confirm special requests when you arrive.


If you’re looking for cots, you only need to request them if you have a child/children older than 2 years. For families with children aged under 2, cots are automatically provided for you so there is no need to request it.


Club MAC doesn’t have any ground-level rooms, so we can only take guest requests for lower floors, not a ground floor. We often get asked for corner rooms too. And if they’re available during your stay, of course, we will accommodate any request. They have a balcony that’s longer, as it goes around the side of the building, but the rooms are the same size as the others.

Once you’ve made your guest request, we will acknowledge it. Then, there’s no need to remind us about it again, as the booking team will have it covered for you and update you when you arrive.
