Visiting Club MAC late in the season? Here’s what’s on during Autumn in Alcudia
Holidaying in Mallorca in the Autumn is just as much fun as during high summer. Temperatures are slightly lower, and there is always the chance of a storm or two. But if you’re coming to Club MAC Alcudia in September and October, there is still lots to do.
At Club MAC, we’re open right the way through until 31 October (30 October is the last night you can stay), which can include the Autumn half-term. And while some targeted activity programmes do stop at the end of August, such as our teenage activities, there is still lots to do for all ages.

From swimming in our fabulous pools, enjoying the all-inclusive food and drink, playing sports and taking part in activities, Club MAC is open for business until the end of October.
Head down to Playa d’Alcudia to relax on the sandy beach, pop across the road to the Hidropark (free entry for all Club MAC guests), and you’ll find you don’t have enough time in the day to fit it all in!

Autumn in Alcudia celebrates harvest time
Almost every village on the island of Mallorca has an Autumn fair to celebrate harvest time. Some run for just one day, and others go on for a week. And they all boast fascinating local crafts, art, processions, traditional dancing, fancy dress and sporting events.
Alcudia is the first village in the north of Mallorca to celebrate its Autumn Fair. It heads up the fair season with a big celebration in the Old Town. This year it runs from 4 October to 6 October 2019. That’s three days of celebration with things to do and see. It’s well worth a visit if you’re staying at Club MAC over that weekend.
The fair opens with a parade at 6.30pm on Friday 4 October, setting off from the Town Hall in the middle of the Old Town. A procession of Gegants (big statues) winds its way through the streets of Alcudia, before DJs and dancing takes you into the early hours.
Expect decorated streets, traditional stalls with Mallorcan crafts, Roman style games, sellers offering handmade products, local embroidery displays, tasting menus, tapas, food and drink.
Halloween fun at Club MAC Alcudia
Back at Club MAC, take advantage of the slightly quieter resort and enjoy sunbathing and swimming. The forecast for the next few weeks has the temperature hovering between 26 and 28 degrees with plenty of sunshine. We do sometimes have storms during the Autumn in Alcudia. However, any bursts of rain pass quickly, and the temperatures rise enough to lie out in the sun and enjoy lots of activities and adventures.

And on 22 October 2019, we’re celebrating Halloween, Club MAC style. That means dressing up, games, dancing and a party full of spooky fun.
