You’ve booked your family in for their summer holiday at Club MAC Alcudia, but you don’t know what to expect? Don’t panic, here’s a rundown of (almost) everything you need to know before you set off to join us in Mallorca.

Get ready for your summer holiday at Club MAC Alcudia
The first thing you need to do is download our Club MAC app, which is available for iPhones and on Android. It’s packed with all kinds of information that will help you get ready for your holiday, but also when you’re here. From daily menus to activities and entertainment, the app has lots of info to help you have the best possible family holiday.
Our 3-star all-inclusive family resort is on the north coast of the beautiful island of Mallorca, in Port d’Alcudia. We have eight different swimming pools, entertainment and activities through the day and evening aimed at all age groups, and our guests also have access to the waterpark just across the road.
As you can see, there’s never a dull day at Club MAC! Your all-inclusive wristband entitles you to enjoy food and drink throughout the day from our range of restaurants and cafes.

We have three separate hotel buildings: Marte, Jupiter and Saturno, which are situated around two natural lakes. You’ll find our kids club with indoor and outdoor activities, two stages for our entertainment, sporting facilities including a running track, tennis court, shooting areas and archery. We also have an on-site shop and local market stalls set up around the lake in the evening.
If that’s not enough, there’s a quieter adults-only area near the lake where parents can take a break and enjoy a massage or simply sunbathe. We also have a hairdresser on-site, a dedicated entertainment team and you’ll spot our mascots Macky and Misha bringing fun for the kids.
The resort covers an area of 100,000 square metres and is under 1km away from the gorgeous sandy Playa d’Alcudia. Here you’ll find shallow waters perfect for children to splash about in, and if you don’t fancy the walk in the heat, we have a free shuttle bus from the resort to the beach throughout the day.
All inclusive food and drink at Club MAC
Our three restaurants offer all-you-can-eat buffet style breakfasts and dinners, with different themes in the evening. For lunch you can choose from Jupiter and Marte restaurants or enjoy a burger or salad at the Lake Burger Bar. If you’re hungry between meals, you’ll find plenty of cold and hot snacks and ice creams in our bars.
We have two indoor and four outdoor bars on site, situated near the pools and entertainment centres. All-inclusive drinks are available from 10am to midnight, and if you fancy something extra, you can try the VIP bar at the CIRCUS stage. This does cost extra.
The Club MAC season runs from 1 May to 31 October, and you can expect beautifully sunny, hot weather for most of the season. During the peak season (June to August) expect temperatures to reach 30 to 35 Celsius, so stock up on suncream!
