All about your rooms
The room you choose to stay in is an important choice for you and your family. With so many amazing rooms available, look through our selection carefully before you decide the right fit for you and book early to avoid disappointment.
Room upgrades are only possible on arrival and this is subject to availability.
If you’re struggling to decide which room is for you, we can help with a tour of your options on Google Maps? Using the street view feature, you can see inside rooms, the restaurant and even most of the common indoor and outdoor areas. It’s easy to use and lets you virtually walk around our resort before booking.
It’s also a good idea to think about what you want and need in your room. If you want a TV, Wi-Fi, a kettle, a fridge and a hairdryer, we recommend that you book a premium room or even a family suite. Here you’ll find all the amenities you’ll need. In a standard room feature standard facilities to make your stay comfortable.
Caring for the environment
With so many visitors every day, Club MAC has plenty of bedding and towels to wash, which uses a lot of water and cleaning supplies. To do our bit to reduce waste and help the environment, we only change your sheets and towels if you ask us to.
So, during your stay, simply place a provided sign at the top of the bed should you want your sheets changing. Likewise, towels are only replaced if they are placed in the bath. Towels left on the floor or on the rail will not be changed.
Beyond the resort
If you need any money during your stay, we’ve got you covered. We provide two cash machines around our resort should you want to buy any souvenirs or explore beyond our all-inclusive resort. One is located by the reception in the Marte and the other can be found in the hall of the Jupiter building.
Taking your holiday home
If you’re travelling with young kids, they’re sure to love our mini disco. To keep this party going after you leave us, we’ve put all the songs onto our Macky’s pen drive. This is a great souvenir and will keep the kids entertained for hours. You can buy them from the hotel shop.
