Club MAC Alcudia has everything you could want!

While we definitely focus on making your family holiday as fun as possible, and have loads of things for your kids to do, we haven’t forgotten the more practical aspects of a typical family holiday. We’ve made sure we have everything on hand and easily accessible so you can have a relaxed break without having to worry about anything. From activities to doctors, WiFi to food, you’ll find it all at Club MAC Alcudia.

The practical

Our reception staff are always available to help with anything you need as well. We can change pounds into Euros, organise a hire car for you so you can get out and about or book excursions for you and your family.

To help with your packing, you can also hire certain equipment through us. For example, you might want a kettle, fridge, wheelchair or scooter, which can all be arranged through a local provider but organised by us. Just let us know when you arrive and we can sort it out for you.

Getting technical

We have free WiFi for everyone to enjoy in the ground floor hall areas of all three buildings – perfect if you need to check in with your emails or your teenagers need to catch up with social media.

If you need WiFi in your room, however, we can also organise high speed connection for a small fee. If you are staying in one of our premium rooms or family suites the WiFi is free! You’ll be able to Skype, game and stream to your heart’s content – ideal for the kids in your life!

If you haven’t brought a laptop and need to use a computer, then you can hire time at our PCs in reception, where you can also print boarding cards for a small fee if you need to.

Relax and take your time

For adults who need a bit of time away from the kids, we have a special area right next to the main lake set aside. Ideal for some peaceful sunbathing away from the busy atmosphere of the main site, guests can also enjoy a beauty treatment, massage or manicure.

To make sure you look your best at all times on holiday, visit our hairdresser who is available every afternoon. And if you’re missing some low-key retail therapy, we have an onsite shop stocked to the gills with all the essentials as well as souvenirs and toys. In the evenings, you can browse our small market by the lake, which invites local traders to sell crafts, toys, souvenirs.

Swimming and sports

We have every kind of swimming pool at Club MAC, whether you like to have a good long swim or prefer to splash about with the family. The biggest on site pool can be found in the Saturno pools area. Next to it is a smaller pool for the kids.

Next to the Marte building, you’ll find another pool, with a separate shallow area for kids. Due to its position, this pool benefits from being in the shade at certain times of the day. Next door you’ll find our fun river pool.

The Dragon pool is a super safe splash pool, surrounded by sunbeds. It’s also a non-smoking area, so it’s perfect for the whole family. More shade can be found at the three pools for adults and kids next to the Jupiter buildings.

As you can see, there’s something for everyone at Club MAC, from the practical to the fun. In addition, we have kids’ clubs, sports, fabulous food and all-inclusive deals. Why would you want to go anywhere else?
