Please come down to reception to speak to us. We kindly inform you that any room changes within the same category during your stay at the resort will incur a charge of 20€ to cover full cleaning expenses.

If you are staying in a premium room or family suite you will get:

2 cans of San Miguel beer

2 cans of soft drinks (Pepsi or Kas)

2 bottles of water

Please note this is not included if you get the gold package separately with a standard room.

Cots are provided automatically for children up to one year old included. If you have a child over 2 that requires a cot, you just need to request this by emailing us at booking@clubmac.es.

Premiums room can hold up to 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and one child, maximum four. Remember that we consider children up to the age of 14 included.

Premium rooms offer a double bed and bunk beds. If you have any special requests, please email us at booking@clubmac.es with your booking reference.

Premium rooms are located in the Jupiter and Saturno buildings. In Saturno they are only from the second floor upwards.

Premium rooms offer a small balcony, air conditioning (this is centralized and is regulated according to the temperature outdoors), kettle, safe, fridge filled with welcome drinks on arrival, Wifi, premium TV package, pool towels against deposit. Also there is a hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo dispenser in the bathroom. These rooms also offer exclusively access to a limited selection of branded drinks in the bars, a 15% discount voucher for the hotel shop and 4 rides on the attractions in Fun World, these are per child up to 17 years old per night.

Please note some premium rooms offer walk in shower only instead of bath with overhead shower.
