Club Mac only offers all inclusive so self catering, bed and breakfast or half board are unfortunately not an option when staying with us.

Club Mac has very large buffets with a large variety to feed more than 3000 guests in high season. We avoid to label ingredients or allergens as we cannot control if all guests are using tweezers properly and avoiding cross contamination from tray to tray. That’s why we highly recommend to talk to the maitre at the entrance of the restaurants as they will be able to help you with what is allergy free or will be able to explain you the ingredients of each dish. Even if it’s necessary, our staff can bring fresh dishes from the kitchen in order to guarantee they are allergy free

Yes we do, there is a menu that you can request to any member of staff in the restaurant. There are various options to choose from. Please take into account that there is a period of time required to have the puree ready for you.

Yes, there are and they are plastic and grey, like the type you normally find in McDonalds, so that you get an idea of what they look like.

We offer various options to celebrate a birthday at Club Mac to be booked upon arrival at reception (at least 48 hours before).  Only let us know in advance if you require the cake for the day of arrival.

Yes, we have microwaves in the restaurants and in the halls of the buildings for when the restaurants are closed.

The brands of baby milk are often found in Spain under different names. If you buy Aptamil baby formula in the UK, you’d search for Milupa Aptamil in Spain instead. Meanwhile Cow and gate is known as Almiron in Spanish chemists and Hipp is just Hipps. However you can’t buy Heinz or SMA baby formula but you can get hold of Baby bio, Hero, Nestle Nidina or Puleva instead. There are various supermarkets along the same street as the hotel and a chemist at the end of the road.

If you are after proper full fat milk, please ask a member of staff in any of the restaurants.

If you are departing early in the morning, please inform reception and the restaurant will open a bit earlier for you. Earliest opening time is 6am on special cases, only continental breakfast.

Club Mac offers 3 restaurants with a large variety of foods due to the amount of people we cater for. Please be informed that Club MAC does not cater for food allergies but our staff will help our guests with food allergies the best they can.

When entering the restaurants please talk to the maître who in turn will ask the chef which foods contain the elements you are allergic to. We always have gluten free bread, sandwich bread, pasta, cereal and fairy cakes and various types of dairy free milks available (normally soya, almond, lactose free and oat, but this can vary). Dishes can also be taken out straight from the kitchen to avoid cross contamination.
