The jumping pillow is open all the time as long as the playground area is open. Please note this area is not supervised and we recommend it to be used by people of similar weight.
It is a very personal and subject to each guest’s point of view depending on their experience at the hotel. Please take into account the fact that this is a busy complex with 1024 rooms, 3500 people in the complex and always loads going on and noisy. Other than that, of course we welcome everybody. “We took down my son’s headphones at busy times because he is autistic and this worked wonders. He only ate spaghetti the whole week but guess what he lived! There is lots to choose for kids to eat he’s just extra fussy. He drank plenty and didn’t starve that’s the main thing. As with all holidays, a week just sometimes isn’t long enough! My son is very shy and took most of the week to settle but thanks to the very talented kids entertainers he finally let go and went to dance the 2nd last night and our last night, all caught on video. He wouldn’t do that unless he was 100% comfortable so that just goes to show what a lovely happy bunch those kids entertainers are.”
“I was looking for a holiday as don’t really like to keep going back to same places but I couldnt find somewhwere that offered as much onsite for my daughter! I was travelling alone with her and she is autistic, I knew Id be looked after in club mac. We had the most amazing trip, my daughter was distraught coming home and is harassing me already to go back again. My daughter attended the kids club which I was initially very nervous about! I stayed around for a while to keep an eye but they really took such good care of her and made sure she was included in everything! I have to mention one lady in particular, her name is Joanna and she was one of the kids entertainers. She really took the time to get to know my daughter and her needs and made sure she was looked after and held her hand outside etc She even took part in princess parade and they did a dance on stage dressed up! I was crying as I never thought my daughter would do that! We will definitely be back again”

Yes, all the activities that take place within the Dragon House are supervised but have a limited number of participants. Also the ESA soccer camp (payable). All activities detailed whether they are supervised or not on our mobile app programs at https://clubmac.dtouch.es/#/
No, there are age groups. Normally 4 to 6, and 8 and above. Also in high season we also have a teenagers program.

We offer a toddlers section on our outdoor playground and also soft play area on the first floor of the Saturno building. The soft play area is the ideal place for very small children to get chance to crawl around and let off steam! It opens from 10.30am to 5.30pm. Please note there is a limited age for its use, maximum is 6 years old. Also within our entertainment program we offer a couple of activities a week for kids aged 18 months to 3 years: Fantasia and Toddler time. Check the programs at https://clubmac.dtouch.es/#/

Every week we do a fancy dress party for the children and also Fantasia, for these we provide costumes against deposit but perhaps you want to bring your own from home.
