We welcome thousands of people to Club MAC every season, staying at our three hotels on site. Whether you are staying in Jupiter, Marte or Saturno buildings, the team wants you to have the most enjoyable holiday possible.
From the moment you arrive at Reception, we aim to provide a warm, welcoming and helpful response to any queries you may have.
On arrival, the receptionist will direct you to your allocated room and explain where to find everything. Once you’ve unpacked and settled in, all you need to do is enjoy yourself. To help make your stay as stress-free as possible, here’s some advice on keeping your belongings safe while you’re at Club MAC.
Lost property
With so much to see and do around the resort, it’s easy for personal belongings to be left behind or misplaced.
If you have lost something in the hotel or around the resort grounds, please visit Reception. We can check whether it has been handed in and advise you on the next steps. Likewise, if you find an item that appears to belong to another guest, please bring it to Reception and we will do our best to reunite it with its owner.
What to do with your valuables
All valuables must be stored in the safe provided in your room. This will help ensure that valuable items are securely stored while you are out enjoying the facilities and activities around the resort. The hotel does not accept liability for valuables that are not stored in the safe.
For added peace of mind, we recommend keeping all valuable possessions locked away whenever they are not being used.
Check your room carefully
Before leaving your room or checking out at the end of your stay, take a few moments to check thoroughly for any belongings that may have been overlooked.
If you believe you have left something behind in your room, or in your safe, please contact Guest Services, who can assist in checking for you.
If you have misplaced an item
We do all we can to help ensure our guests have a safe and enjoyable stay. If you cannot locate an item, your first point of contact should be reception and our Guest Satisfaction team.
We hope that you never find yourself in this situation and that you return home with all your belongings safely intact. A little extra care with personal possessions can go a long way when enjoying a holiday.
