Club MAC Banana Club Complex

Club MAC Alcudia is all about family holidays. We have plenty on offer at our site for children of all ages, as well as the wider family members. And while we put a lot of effort into providing activities for the youngsters, we also know that nightlife is important to many of our guests.

We hold various shows and discos at Club MAC, but if this isn’t quite enough then you’ll be pleased to know there’s plenty on offer in Alcudia and beyond. Here’s our quick guide to the best nightlife in the area.

On the same road as the hotel

Right on our doorstep you will find a couple of pubs that are very popular amongst our guests: the Queen’s family pub and Malone’s gym. Both offer traditional British food.

At the end of the road,  halfway to the port and within walking distance, you’ll find the Bananas Disco Complex. This is one of the liveliest disco complexes in the region with several bars and clubs to try out. It’s packed during the weekends with locals mixing with holidaymakers. You’ll meet party goers from as far afield as Palma..

La Nit is a modern, trendy bar, which often has a long queue to get in. It’s an upscale, exclusive bar that attracts the young and stylish in Alcudia. The Banana Club is really popular with youngsters and teenagers. It has a terrace outside so it’s great for smokers too.

If you want to hang out with the locals and do some Latin and salsa dancing, then head to Cinq Glops. One of the barmen there is a dance teacher and gives people tips on the hottest salsa moves.

In front of the Banana Club you will find the Café Milano with an amazing vibe and house music.

The Marina area at Port d’Alcudia

This is a good place to start your night off. Head here before you end up at Bananas and try one of the many chic restaurants offering lots of different cuisines. There are also a number of quiet, chilled bars perfect for relaxing with your friends before you party up a storm. If you fancy sticking to the pubs, then there are plenty of Irish bars in the port area. These are great places to go if you want to mingle with the locals and enjoy some chilled-out but fun nightlife.

The Shamrock Bar is a popular Irish pub and is hugely popular in the summer. There is live music at the weekends and a great atmosphere every week night. It’s owned and run by Spanish people and is a great favourite with the locals as well as visitors to Alcudia.

Another option for dining out is Tivoli Steak House, really popular with our guests looking for a good steak meal.

O’Malleys Irish pub is another option with great staff and a great atmosphere.

Dollar Street (Avenida Pedro Mas Y Reus Street)

This is easily the busiest and most thriving place in Alcudia. As you’d expect there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re with your partner, friends or on a family holiday the strip has entertainment for all. Dollar Street itself, and the surrounding area is packed with bars and pubs with quiz nights, live music, karaoke competitions to keep everyone entertained.

To the left of the canal you will find Julio Crepes, if you don’t do anything else while staying in Alcudia, you have to see Julio’s show while making his crepes! Very popular as well are the Legends Bar, which shows all the football matches, Shine Bar, with a very family friendly atmosphere with mascot and kids entertainment or karaoke and Pizzeria Tivoli. To the right of the canal you will find Joker’s Bar, an Irish pub with pool tables and also showing the football, Goodfellas, run by friendly and welcoming people and ideal if you’re a lover of cocktails (try also some from their extensive menu), the White Rose, with good food and kids entertainment and the Irish Tavern, specially recommended for breakfast and distinctive by the Guinness signs and green light above the door. It’s lively and popular with tourists in particular.

Visit the biggest club on the north west coast of Mallorca

For a full-on nightclub experience, head to the Charley Disco Can Picafort. It’s the biggest dance club on the coast of Mallorca, and welcomes tourists from Alcudia, Pollenca and along Playa de Muro. The club has a spectacular dance floor with a great sound system, complete with LED screens, lasers and lighting.

On the first floor you’ll find three bars and a fourth on the mezzanine above, as well as different stages used by artists and go-go dancers. A gorgeous terrace with an open pool is also on site for special events, with its own bar and shower. It’s a typically loud, lively resort nightclub so don’t forget to get there pretty late. The best atmosphere is generally from 3am onwards.

A big Magaluf night out

If you fancy a night out in the party resort of Magaluf, then you can join the bus that runs every Wednesday evening. It leaves from Alcudia at about 8pm and returns at 6am, so you can enjoy all the nightlife you like in the liveliest party town around.
