Request Charges (per night):
- Corner room: €7,50 per room per night
- Two balconies: €7,50 per room per night (only available for family suite 4 and family suite 5)
- High floor: €3,50 per booking reference per night
- Middle floor: €3,50 per booking reference per night
- Low floor: €3,50 per booking reference per night
- Specific views (pool, lake, mountain, Hidropark, entertainment): €3,50 per booking reference per night
- Specific buildings: €3,50 per booking reference per night
- Rooms on the same floor: €2,50 per booking reference per night
Please note that we accept a maximum of 2 requests per room.
Floor Preference Definitions:
- Low floor: Floors 1 to 4 (please note there are no ground floor rooms at Club Mac)
- Middle floor: Floors 5 and 6
- High floor: Floors 7 to 10
It is important to understand that while we strive to fulfill all special requests, they cannot be guaranteed. The respective fee will only be charged if your request is successfully granted. No requests, changes or cancellations to requests will be accepted within the last 7 days prior to check-in.
