How to book your transfer

We offer shared or private transfer options from Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) to Club Mac through our partner, MTS.

The journey from the airport to Club Mac takes about one hour, although the exact duration will depend on whether our hotel is the first or last stop on the route.

If you’re travelling with small children on a shared transfer, please note that the transport company does not provide child seats, and children under 2 years old must sit on an adult’s lap.

If you’ve booked a private transfer, keep in mind that child seats are mandatory under Spanish traffic law for children up to 135 cm and/or 12 years old in vehicles with up to 9 seats. In these cases, you can either bring your own child seat or reserve one with MTS during the booking process.

Arrival instructions

Once you land at Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI), follow these simple steps to meet your transfer:

  1. After collecting your luggage, head to the MTS Globe office.

  2. This office is located in the arrivals hall of PMI Airport, opposite exit door/column no. 7.

  3. Identify yourself by showing a copy of your booking voucher.

  4. There you’ll find your MTS representative, who will tell you where to find your coach or car.

  5. You’ll need to hand your booking voucher to the driver or guide.

Important: Please do not leave the arrivals hall until you’ve located our representative or your driver.

In case of luggage problems:

If any issue arises with your luggage, if possible, send one member of your group to the MTS Globe office or contact the emergency number to inform the representative/driver about the delay.

Return instructions

To ensure a smooth departure, it’s essential to reconfirm your return transfer details:

  • You must reconfirm your return transfer and pick-up time 24 hours before your service date via the following website: http://myholiday.mtsglobe.com/

  • Required information: your surname and the MTS booking reference.

  • An email will also be sent to the hotel reception 24 hours before departure, confirming the exact time you should leave the hotel.

Remember: You must be waiting outside your hotel or at the designated meeting point at the indicated time, as the driver of the coach or car cannot enter the hotel to look for you.

Additional important information

  • Cancellations and modifications: For any booking or cancellation requests, please check the contact details section during the booking process.

  • Cancellation policy: If you cancel within 24 hours before arrival, the amount paid will not be refunded.

  • Third-party booking: Please note that this reservation is made through a third-party booking engine called Triggle Hotels. The Triggle Hotels application is owned by Triggle AG. This transaction will appear on your credit card as TRIGGLE. The products are sold and the service provided by MTS Spain SL.
