With the New Year just around the corner our minds always turn to the holidays! And at Club MAC we’re already thinking about how to help make your next visit even better than the last.
So, here’s our Club MAC holiday checklist for you:
Send your guest requests before you arrive
We want you to have the perfect holiday with us at Club MAC. So, if you’d like to make a guest request, we will do our very best to accommodate it. You should get in touch with us about your guest request before you arrive. Email us to booking@clubmac.es to learn more about how to make a guest request, such as asking for a corner room, lower floor room or cots.
Register your information with us online
If you have booked direct with Club MAC you will receive an email from us 15 days before your arrival, so that you can register your information online. If you have made a booking directly with us via email, we normally add the link to register at the end of the booking confirmation. This is not applicable to website bookings, for which you will need to contact us.
If you’ve booked a holiday with us via an agency, please email us at booking@clubmac.es to request a link to register your information.
Make any outstanding payments before you arrive at Club MAC
If you have booked your holiday directly or via our website, you don’t need to pay the balance until you arrive, but it makes check-in quicker and easier if you have settled your bill before.
To pay before you arrive:
Contact us with your booking reference and the amount you wish to pay in Euros.
We will send you an email link to our secure payment gateway (Redsys – the email will come from Redsys).
You can then pay via the link by 3D secure debit or credit card.
