And we’re making it even better with a new website to make planning every aspect of your trip as easy as possible. From a resort guide to frequently asked questions, the site has everything you need to plan your perfect trip.
Visit our new site at www.clubmac.es and on the right you’ll find a new section called Information for Guests, which includes ‘Before you get here’ and ‘During your stay’ areas – including helpful information about booking, checking in and out, transfers, activities food and much more.
Before you get here
In this area, you’ll discover more about Club MAC and all the fun activities we offer. This will help you to prepare for your trip, worry-free! We want your trip to be as great as possible and have everything ready for you before you arrive, so we’ve answered any questions you might have.
Here you can find information such as how to book, check in and out, and transfers. We’ve aimed to cover all eventualities, including information on rooms and food, which means you’ll know exactly what to expect when you arrive with us.
As well as this, we’ve included a handy link at the bottom of the page to help you make requests. By clicking on a yellow and blue box titled ‘Request everything that you need’, you’ll be able to email a Club MAC representative. Whether you have a dietary issue or are travelling with a baby, we can help.
During your stay
Once you’re with us, there are so many activities for the whole family to enjoy! We’ve created this section of the website so you can see all the exciting events that we offer and any information you need for them. We’ve got a meals schedule, opening times for the Hidropark and all the general information you need to know.
With plenty of pictures and videos to see, you can virtually explore our amazing resort through the site too.
