Club MAC

Club MAC Alcudia is the quintessential family all-inclusive resort. If you want fun in the sun with your family, then a holiday with us promises all of that.

Our all-inclusive holidays cover food and drink, free entrance into the Hidropark opposite the hotel and much more. We have eight swimming pools of all sizes and depths to enjoy, various activities on site that are included in the price, and access to evening entertainment, bars, snack bars and self-service refreshment stations.

But we also offer various ‘extras’ so that you have as much choice as possible. Here’s a rundown of everything that has an extra charge and isn’t included in the all-inclusive price.

Chargeable extras available to guests on holiday at Club MAC

Gold package – guests in Standard rooms can still use some of the perks included in the price for Premium and Family rooms. By upgrading the Gold package, Standard guests will get swimming pool towels against a deposit, branded drinks at the bars, access to Fun World between 10am and 6pm every day, a 15% discount voucher for the shop. The Gold package upgrade costs 10 Euros per adult and 5 Euros per child per night. If you decide to reserve the Gold package while you are at the resort, it must be bought for the remainder of your stay with us.

Water park – Alcudia Hidropark is the biggest and best waterpark in the area. And all of our guests can enjoy free entry for the whole of their stay with us. However, our historic agreement with the waterpark is for entrance only. You will need to take cash to pay for food and drinks and to hire sunbeds. As part of our agreement, you are entitled to 20% off the food and drink. Sunbeds remain at least year’s prices (4.50 Euros) for Club MAC guests only.

Pedalos and boats on the lake – Part of our activities on site are outsourced to external companies so we can offer the biggest variety possible. This means that they are chargeable, and the money goes to the companies. After 1pm, pedalos and boats are chargeable, as are the pool tables on site.

Fun World – If you are in a Standard Room with no Gold Package upgrade, then the Fun World play park is also chargeable. For those in Family and Premium rooms, or those who are in Standard rooms but have paid for the Gold upgrade, entrance is free every day between 10am and 6pm.

ESA Soccer Academy – this soccer camp is run by ESA Soccer. See their website for full information, booking and costs.

T-shirt painting activity and pony rides – the Club MAC kid’s clubs are free, apart from ESA Soccer, pony rides and the t-shirt painting activity. The ponies are brought on site by an external company and cost five Euros per ride.

Mini-disco music – you can buy the music from the Mini Disco on a special Macky pen drive. It’s available from the Entertainment Team straight after the disco, from the on-site shop and the Club House desk.

Tourist tax – this is a Government charge for all tourists visiting Mallorca. It helps to support Mallorca’s natural resources. It costs 2.20 Euros per adult (16 and above) per night. Under 16s don’t have to pay and if you are staying longer than eight nights, the charge is reduced from the ninth night onwards.

Items for hire – our partner company, Lower Hire, offers various items for hire should you require. These range from items for your room, for trips to the beach, for your baby or mobility items. Prices vary and are listed on our website. If you are at the resort, simply pop along to Guest Services and our team will be happy to help.

Upgrades – if you have booked with an external tour operator, an upgrade from Standard to Premium costs 37.85 Euros per night. From a Standard room to a Family Suite, the cost is 67.90 Euros per night. For 2020 upgrades will cost 38.60 Euros per room per night to go from a Standard room to a Premium. To upgrade from Standard to Family Suite, it will cost 69.25 Euros per room per night.

Upgrades are subject to availability. If you’ve booked directly with us, head to our website. If you can find availability for the room type you would like to upgrade to, it will show the price of the room. Contact us so we can modify your booking.

Other chargeable extras:

  • Lockers for valuables
  • Drinks at the VIP bars
  • Professional photo services
  • Night-time market stalls
  • Massage and hair dressing services
  • Washing machines and dryers
  • Goods sold in on-site shop
  • Late check-out service
  • Celebration cakes.

The combination of all-inclusive and optional, chargeable extras mean we can offer our guests the widest variety of entertainment and options possible.
