Club MAC’s favourite things to do in Alcudia
Sun, sea, sand, swimming pools, slides… there’s so much to do at Club MAC Alcudia that you might struggle to fit it all in. But while you’re visiting this beautiful part of Mallorca, don’t miss out on everything else Mallorca has to offer!
You could fill a month-long holiday with different excursions, attractions, visits, markets and entertainment in Mallorca, but as you probably aren’t staying with us quite that long, here are some of our favourites.
Things to do in Mallorca
Below is a list of various attractions and excursions that you can visit while you’re staying at Club MAC. We make it super easy to book any of the following – just pop along to Reception or the Guest House and buy tickets from there.
- Visit Katmandu Park
A theme park and adventure wonderland approximately an hour away from Club MAC. There’s a splash park, soft play area, 4D cinema experiences, rides, games and so much more. It was voted Best Theme Park in Mallorca and #2 in the whole country by TripAdvisor in 2016.
You can buy tickets to Katmandu-based excursions at Club MAC as follows. They all run from Tuesday to Thursday and pick up is at 8.45am.
– Katmandu Park VIP experience, which costs 44.50 Euros per adult and 26 Euros per child.
– Katmandu Park All Inclusive includes meals for the day and costs 55 Euros per adult and 38 Euros per child.
– Marineland and Katmandu House, on the same day you can enjoy a combined excursion to two destinations. Cost is 70 Euros per adult and 40 Euros per child.
- Explore the delights of Marineland
Marineland is hugely popular with Club MAC guests and offers a dolphinarium and marine zoo experience. Situated in Calvia, near Mallorca’s capital city Palma, it’s packed with animal experiences, shows and things to do. Marineland is home to seven dolphins, seals, sea-lions, various aquariums, an aviary and bird sanctuary and more.
We sell the dolphin show as a full-day excursion from Tuesday to Thursday or combined with other activities. It takes about an hour to get there and pick up is 8.45am:
– Marineland all day excursion
You’ll have plenty of time to experience everything Marineland has to offer, costing 44.5 Euros per adult and 29 Euros per child.
– Marineland and Katmandu House
Combine two great attractions for the ultimate family fun day out, costing 70 Euros per adult and 40 per child.
- Take a tour around Alcudia
Alcudia is a beautiful place to visit and exploring the Old Town is a must while you’re staying at Club MAC. If you go on a Tuesday or Sunday, there is also the local market to explore. Walk around the walls of the old town and enjoy the fantastic views of the Bay of Pollensa and the whole town, and don’t forget to pop along to the Roman ruins, with its museum and amphitheatre.
– On Tuesdays and Sunday, Club MAC offer a trip to Alcudia market as a half day for just 5 Euros for adults and children. Pick up is either 9.30am or 3pm.
– A city tour of Alcudia is priced at 17 Euros per adult and 10 per child, and pick up is either 11am, 1pm or 5pm.
– If you want to visit the Roman ruins or the Natural Park of S’Albufera, there are no formal excursions, but it’s an easy walk, bus or taxi ride into town.
- Explore Palma, Mallorca’s capital
No visit to Mallorca is complete without a trip to the city of Palma. Whether you want to combine a trip to the city with other excursions, fancy a guided tour or a sightseeing visit, we have plenty of options. All of the following are available on Monday, Wednesday or Friday with a pick up time of 8.45am.
– Enjoy Palma Aquarium and a sightseeing tour for 46 Euros per adult and 27 Euros per child.
– Take in a guided tour of Palma including its cathedral, costing 35 Euros per adult and 17.5 per child.
– For a sightseeing tour around Palma on a specially curated bus trip, this excursion costs 30 Euros per adult and 15 per child.
– For the full Palma City Xperience, it’s just 18 Euros per adult and 10 Euros per child.
