When you book online with us, you only need to pay a 10% deposit. You can then either pay the full balance before you arrive, or you can choose to pay it when you arrive at Club MAC. Our reception staff work hard to make sure you’re processed through the system when you arrive as quickly as possible.
Free cancellation
If you book online and then realise that you either have to adjust the dates, or a family emergency stops you coming at all, then we have you covered.
Unlike many other booking systems, Club MAC allows customers to cancel their holiday for no cost until 23:59 the day before the arrival date – we will also return your deposit! We understand that sometimes life gets in the way, mistakes are made or changing circumstances can alter your plans, so we want to make it as simple as possible for you. Simply rebook with us when you have new holiday dates.
