Who’s Who at Club MAC Alcudia
In order to ensure you have a great time when you stay at our resort, this week we thought we’d take this opportunity to introduce you to the staff of Club MAC Alcudia.

As an outstanding family resort based in Alcudia, Majorca, we want to make sure you have the best holiday possible when you stay with us. This means that we hire the cream of the crop at Club MAC Alcudia, so you can rest assured that you have a team of experienced professionals at your disposal throughout your fabulous Majorcan getaway.
Management team
The team’s headed by Vicente Giménez. As General Manager he’s the “sheriff” of Club MAC, ensuring everything at our resort runs like clockwork. He’s joined by our Food and Beverage Manager Damià Llompart, who makes sure you have a pleasant dining experience at our three restaurants.
Other members of our management team include French-born Nathalie Jaguin. As our Guest Satisfaction Manager, Nathalie uses her 20 years of experience at Club MAC to resolve any issues you may have during your stay. Meanwhile our Housekeeping and Animation Manager, Marcelino Saiz, focuses on ensuring we provide great service and continuous improvement.
Marc Peccot acts as our Night Manager. In this role he’s in charge the resort at night, overseeing our security staff to ensure you can sleep safe and sound at Club MAC. Last but certainly not least are Xisca and Marga. They’re our extremely helpful Reception Managers, helping you with any issues you have at Club MAC as and when they arise.
Key players
But everyone’s a key player here at Club MAC; every employee does their part to ensure you have a fantastic stay. Lisa and Jessica, for example, support Nathalie in the Guest Satisfaction Department, so she can respond effectively to any issues you raise during your time here.
Meanwhile, Isabel is in charge of our Booking Department; she’s the one who’ll take your booking and payment when you decide to visit Club MAC. There’s also Jackie who drives our shuttle to the beach. He always does everything in his power to care for his passengers’ welfare. Other key players include Toni, Marti and Xanti, the maîtres of the Jupiter, Marte and Saturno restaurants respectively, Sergio – who oversees our bars and Candi, who runs the Club MAC shop.
