Can You Upgrade Your Room At Club MAC Alcudia?

When you stay at our resort, based on popular tourist Island Majorca, you can choose from a selection of rooms. But what if after making your booking, you feel like treating your family to something a little more luxurious? Can you upgrade your room at Club MAC Alcudia? Keep reading to find out…

Club MAC’s rooms

Club MAC Alcudia caters to every customer who walks through our doors, whatever your budget, or the size of your party. When you stay with us, you can choose from three types of room: standard rooms, premium rooms and family suites. Perfect for holidaying on a budget, our standard rooms are tastefully decorated single/double bed spaces, containing the amenities you need for a great getaway.

Fancy splurging? Our premium rooms are a little more luxurious, with extra amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi. If you’re travelling in a large party, but you want to remain in close quarters throughout your stay, our family suites, which feature amazing amenities and offer privacy, are the way to go. But what if after booking a standard room, you decide to upgrade to a premium room or family suite?

Upgrading rooms

This is one of the most frequently asked questions we get here at Club MAC Alcudia. The answer is that it depends on how you booked your room. If you arranged your stay through a tour operator, you will need to check with them, to see whether there is any chance of modifying your booking.

If your tour provider can’t arrange an upgrade, you will have to wait until you arrive at our resort to see if there are extra rooms available. However, if you later notice that the upgraded room you desire is available you can cancel your original booking make a new one. The 10% deposit from the first booking will be returned within a few days (manual procedure) or you can email Club MAC and they add the deposit to the new booking.

Modifying bookings

This brings us to the subject of modifying bookings. If you wish to change your booking before you arrive at our resort, again it depends on whether you have arranged your trip via a tour operator. If you have, then you should contact them, otherwise you should email the address listed above.

But what if you have a special request? How can you let us know before you arrive? Just email either the address above or guestsatisfaction@clubmac.es and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We should point out that big tour operators like First Choice, Thomas Cook and Cosmos only let us know the names of guests just before they arrive. So if you have arranged your stay via one of these firms, please send us your request within the month before you reach our resort.
