Club MAC Alcudia Introduces Guest Satisfaction Department
Our latest effort to make sure guests have the time of their lives when they fly out to Majorca in 2015 has seen Club MAC Alcudia launch its very own Guest Satisfaction Department.
Putting Guest Satisfaction First
Located in the charming port-town of Alcudia in popular tourist destination Majorca, Club MAC Alcudia is an outstanding family resort which strives to put guest satisfaction first at every turn.
Following the end of the 2014 season, Club MAC has been hard at work, making sure guests get more for their stay when choose to spend their time at one of our fabulous family hotels in 2015. That is why we recently decided to launch a Guest Satisfaction Department.
As of 2015, Club MAC guests will be able to use the department to pose all their enquiries directly to the resort. A central hub of advice and information, the Guest Satisfaction Department has been designed to deal with every inquiry from a request for a taxi to deliver the guest to the local market, to a desire for more information on any excursion they may wish to take during their time on the Balearics’ most fabulous island.
An Even Better Experience in 2015
According to Travel Daily News, Club MAC Alcudia hotel manager Vicente Gimenez took the time to reveal more about what customers can expect from the Guest Satisfaction Department. Gimenez said:
“Our biggest challenge in meeting guest satisfaction is understanding what our customers want. You need insight directly from the consumer, which is why we set up the Guest Satisfaction Department at Club MAC. Every guest request is logged and actioned by Nathalie Jaquin (Guest Satisfaction Manager) and her staff to help us build a picture of what our consumers require.
“We are using the reviews that we have received during the 2014 season, whether it be the many via the Guest Satisfaction Department or the hundreds that we have read and responded to on Trip Advisor, to help us shape how we make Club MAC an even better experience for our new and returning guests in 2015.”
